- Board review
- Interview of key employees to gain an independent 3rd party perspective and if selling to them understand them as buyers
- Recommendations in each area found through the research to be reasons transitions fail (business disposition decision, valuation, strategic planning, contingency planning, transfer of stock/assets, and liabilities, leadership transfer)
